Welcome
Admissions to St. Peter’s School is a three-step process:

First, parents must complete an online Admissions Application. You will be given a link and access code to apply for financial assistance/scholarships upon submission of your online Admissions Application. Visit Scholarships for more information.

Second, parents must provide all required documents and meet academic requirements; and

Third, parents must call us at (845) 471-6600 x200 to schedule an interview at the school
Following the interview and evaluation of the materials, parents will be notified about the admissions status of their child or children.

Admissions Deadline

For the 2018-19 school year: Admissions Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis. New students are continuously accepted.

For the 2019-20 school year: Our online Admissions Application opens on November 29, 2018 for students entering Grades Pre-K through 8. The earlier families complete both the Admissions and the Financial Assistance Applications (including all required documents), the sooner they will receive decisions regarding acceptance and financial awards (note: Pre-K students are not eligible for financial assistance).

Age Qualifications

For the 2018-19 school year:
3-year-old Pre-K: Must be 3 years old by December 1, 2018
4-year-old Pre-K: Must be 4 years old by December 1, 2018
Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by December 1, 2018

For the 2019-20 school year:
3-year-old Pre-K: Must be 3 years old by December 1, 2019
4-year-old Pre-K: Must be 4 years old by December 1, 2019
Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by December 1, 2019
