1 Assigning responsibilities

5 – Reviewing and Reporting the Findings

After the gap analysis is completed, review the results. You will be able to identify what is lacking and what is already meeting the requirements.

This is where you’ll use your notes from the last step! Keep track of your notes and explain why you think a process should be modified.

You or the consultant may use these notes as a starting point to create a list of steps that can be taken to improve quality management.
